Which Level 2 hardware brands can I buy directly from EV Connect?

We sell Schneider Electric, PowerCharge and ZEROVA charging stations. Other vetted brands are supported for platform compatibility but are not sold by EV Connect.

Can I mix brands across my network?

Yes. While we recommend Schneider Electric, Alpitronic, Autel, PowerCharge and ZEROVA, our OCPP-compatible platform supports many top-rated charger brands.

Do you preconfigure the hardware before it ships?

Absolutely. Chargers purchased through us arrive preconfigured with EV Connect Software+™ for seamless installation and faster go-live.

How do warranties and repairs work?

Manufacturer hardware warranties apply. For additional coverage, EV Connect Shield™ protection and repair plans are available for Schneider Electric, PowerCharge and ZEROVA charging stations.
