About the APS Take Charge AZ Program
To ensure a clean energy future for Arizona state, APS is offering free EV charging equipment, as well as installation and maintenance to businesses, government agencies, non-profits and multifamily communities through the Take Charge Arizona (AZ) pilot program. Please keep in mind that funding is limited and not all customers who qualify will be selected to participate.
Program enrollment began in July 2021
As of January 2022, funding for the pilot program has been exhausted.
Charging stations will be owned and maintained by APS for 5 years. After 5 years, you can choose to take ownership or have them removed at no cost.
What are the Rebate Amounts for the Program?
You will receive a $3,645 credit toward the charger and be responsible for any additional costs associated with the networking features.
What are the Program Requirements?
Eligible Locations: Workplace, Multifamily, Fleet
A maximum of 2 charging stations with 2 plugs each will be purchased by APS
