We sell Zerova and PowerCharge chargers. Other vetted brands are supported for platform compatibility but are not sold by EV Connect.

Can I mix brands across my network?

Yes. While we recommend Alpitronic, Autel, PowerCharge, and Zerova, our OCPP-compatible platform supports many top-rated charger brands.

Do you preconfigure the hardware before it ships?

Absolutely. Chargers purchased through EV Connect arrive preconfigured and tested for seamless installation and faster go-live.

How do warranties and repairs work?

Manufacturer hardware warranties apply. EV Connect Shield™ protection and repair plans are available for additional coverage.
